"Strange Luck" from '95 felt like the grunge rock version of "The X-Files," but focused more on sheer coincidence than aliens. D.B. Sweeney played a guy who just *knew* things were connected, always stumbling into bizarre, often dark, situations. It had this moody, almost cinematic feel, with a strong sense of impending dread. Every episode was a self-contained mystery, steeped in a fatalistic philosophy that made it stand out from the network procedural crowd. Seriously underrated, and genuinely unsettling.
