Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is a game about a ninja (or shinobi, as they call it), who is seeking revenge in the Sengoku era Japan. ###Plot The game is set in the 16th century in a fictionalized version of Japan. The Generation GapWhat our critics say

Sekiro, from the same creators, offers a distinct flavor of torment. Its combat system, centered on precise parrying and posture breaking, punishes any hesitation or sloppy movement. This isn't about dodging; it's a brutal, balletic dance where split-second decisions dictate survival. And yet, conquering its formidable bosses feels like earning a hard-won degree in digital samurai warfare.

FromSoftware decided to throw out the build variety and focus on pure, unadulterated combat mastery with Sekiro. This isn't Dark Souls; it's a rhythm game where the rhythm is the clashing of steel and the deflection of deathblows. You learn to be aggressive, to stand your ground, and to break enemy posture like a pro. It punishes old habits, forcing you to adapt or be utterly destroyed. A true test of precision and dedication.
