Okay, Gravity Rush 2 from 2017 is straight up one of the most unique open-world games ever. You play as Kat, a gravity-shifting hero, and just flying/falling through its stunning, vibrant, cel-shaded world is pure joy. The art style is gorgeous, giving off serious anime vibes. The story is charming, the characters are lovable, and the combat, while clunky sometimes, is secondary to the incredible traversal. It deserved so much more attention, still salty about it.
